Der FC Lugano II ist die zweite Mannschaft des Schweizer Fussballvereins FC Lugano. Sie wurde 1908 gegründet und spielt in der 1. Liga Classic, der dritthöchsten Spielklasse im Schweizer Fussball.

Die Mannschaft trägt ihre Heimspiele im Stadio Cornaredo in Lugano aus. Das Stadion fasst 6'390 Zuschauer.
