Die Southwestern Assemblies of God Lions sind eine Basketballmannschaft der National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) der Division II, die an der Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas, ansässig ist. Das Team ist Mitglied der Lone Star Conference (LSC). Die Lions werden von Trainer Chris Polson trainiert.

Die Lions haben neunmal die LSC-Meisterschaft gewonnen, zuletzt 2015. Sie haben außerdem an acht NCAA-Division-II-Basketballturnieren teilgenommen, zuletzt 2019. Das beste Ergebnis der Lions bei der NCAA-Endrunde war das Erreichen des Finales im Jahr 2006.

Die Lions spielen ihre Heimspiele in der Sheaffer Center Arena, die 2.500 Zuschauer fasst.

Einige ehemalige Spieler der Lions haben es in die NBA geschafft, darunter Terry Cummings, die Nummer 2 des NBA-Drafts 1982, und David Robinson, die Nummer 1 des NBA-Drafts 1987.
