Die Gambia - 2. Division ist die zweithöchste Fußballliga in Gambia. Sie wird vom Gambia Football Federation (GFF) organisiert. In der Liga spielen 12 Mannschaften, die in einer Doppelrunde gegeneinander antreten. Der Meister steigt in die Gambia First Division auf, während der Tabellenletzte in die Gambia Third Division absteigt.

Die Gambia - 2. Division wurde 1965 gegründet. Der erste Meister war der Armed Forces FC. Zu den erfolgreichsten Mannschaften der Liga gehören Gambia Ports Authority FC, Interior FC und Real de Banjul.
